The Joe Foss Institute attended the 90th annual Arizona Veterans of Foreign Wars State Convention in Mesa, AZ on June 10th. Program coordinators Mary Kay Porter and Dylan Dalzotto attended this event in search of veteran volunteers to promote the “Veteran’s Inspiring Patriotism” program. Dylan addressed nearly 500 veterans and auxiliary members detailing the life of Joe Foss, the mission of the Institute, and the importance of inspiring the next generation of patriots.
We would like to thank Bob Madden, a JFI volunteer, who provided this wonderful opportunity. It is our veteran volunteers who make the VIP program a success in schools nationwide, thank you all!
